FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Must the solution be tech-inclined? Not at all! Your solution can take any form — a process improvement, a community initiative, a physical product, or yes, a tech solution. What matters is that it addresses a real problem within the ALCHE community.
2. What if I can't find 5 members? No worries — register anyway! We will match you with other individuals who are also looking for teammates so you can form a complete team together.
3. What if I can't submit before 20 May? Come ready on 21 May with your pitch deck and prototype demo video. Make sure everything is prepared and polished — no extensions will be granted beyond Pitch Day.
4. Can one person present on behalf of the whole team? No. All team members are expected to be present on Pitch Day. Participation is a team effort and attendance is mandatory for all members.
5. What kind of problem should we solve? Any real challenge you have observed within the ALCHE community — whether it relates to campus life, student wellbeing, resources, communication, sustainability, or anything in between. If it affects Alchemists, it's worth solving.
